The house is located amid secluded natural surroundings, thereby ensuring peace and quiet and complete relaxation. The location at the southern edge of the mountains offers an outstanding view of beautiful Gorenjska.

The property offers a covered parking area sufficent for two cars as well as a balcony and a terrace with a grill.

The house is air-conditioned and contains one bedroom with two double beds. The living room has a sofa that easily folds out into a bed. Portable children's cots and a feeding chair can also be provided as needed.

Total capacity is 6 adults.

For children there is a zipline and trampoline, and a grass football field is nearby (40 m).

Two entrance tickets to the pool complex Gorenjska Beach, located just a five-minute drive away, are included in the price; additional tickets may be purchased at a 25% discount.

There are well-maintained and marked hiking and cycling trails nearby. The location is an excellent starting point for hiking to Dobrča (1478 m), considered one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the area. The route along the edge of the Kamnik Savinja Alps ("Pot po robu") to Dobrča takes two hours.

Nearby is the panaramic road "beneath the mountains" which leads to Bled, 17 km distant. The road has little traffic and is also suitable for cyclists.

The house has an entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen with dining area, living room, staircase and bedroom. There are two large double beds and two wardrobes in the bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional persons, a TV with a Vii game console and HD BOX for viewing the latest films. Air conditioning is installed in the living room. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, washing machine, and bathtub.

The house has a large garden with a terrace and grill, Wi-Fi, a children's zipline, trampoline, and ping-pong table. There is a covered parking area alongside the house for two cars. Below the house is a garage with freezer, a WAP pressure washer for cleaning cars (or bikes), and tools.
